Nice sized hotel with impressive rooms

Lovely and fine staff. Marvellous location near restaurants, international airport, and Kuala Lumpur city center. - Walking distance to Redtick Supermarket

Extremely comfy and luxury hotel in every way with exceptionally nice staff right from the bell boy to receptionist. Well-maintained, neat room with nice bed. Convenient, favourable location on a social platform. Early check-in, late check-out.

No breakfast at all.

This hotel was set in a remote area just next door to as far as ease of access to a grocery store, Airport and Shaftbury Square which is quite a distance away. It also was on top of a hill.

The rooms are spotlessly clean with a fan turned on. It was a superb stay! the service is excellent, and the location is marvelous and ideal, being close to shops, the international airport, and Kuala Lumpur city center.

We chose this hotel for its location near an array of eating places that catered to our tastes. the room was spacious and had great amenities like a kitchen with utensils and plates, which helped us save on food costs. the staff was friendly and always helpful. the breakfast was satisfactory, with a good range of options.

It would have been a perfect stay, except for the small bathroom. It was inconvenient, especially when all of us were getting ready in the morning.

The staff was great, and the location was exceptionally nice, with easy access to a grocery store, the airport, Shaftsbury Square, and a 24/7 mini market. the service was nice throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The bed in my Studio Suite was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with its modern appliances. The view from the mini balcony was simply breathtaking, allowing me to admire the surroundings from the comfort of my room. The hotel also offered fantastic amenities such as an infinity pool and a spa, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The WiFi signal was strong and reliable, making it easy for me to stay connected throughout my visit.

If I had to give one recommendation, it would be that the breakfast could be improved. However, the sambal was absolutely delicious, making up for any other shortcomings.

During my recent stay, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at a conveniently located serviced apartment in Cyberjaya. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a small pantry area, fridge, microwave, and kettle. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable with just a bit of dust. The staff provided good service, even going above and beyond by mopping the place for us. The pool was also a nice addition to our stay. The nearby shops and eateries within walking distance were convenient. I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location was great near shops, restaurants, and banks. The facilities were convenient with laundry, mini mart, pool, and gym. The bed was comfortable and the front desk supervisor was friendly and helpful. Good security and provided a higher floor with a nice view. Free wifi.

Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

No improvements needed, everything was okay!

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for spacious rooms with nice views and basic amenities. The rooms even come with a kitchen and cooking facilities, which is a great convenience for longer stays. The staff is attentive and the service is good. The hotel's location on top of a hill provides a beautiful backdrop and it is conveniently situated near eateries.

One small area for improvement would be to provide clearer instructions for the heater and hot water in the bathroom.

The complimentary WiFi and breakfast were appreciated additions to the reasonably priced stay. The location near Putrajaya and the beautiful views from the balcony were also positives that added to the overall experience.

cleanliness issues in some areas such as the towel rack and bathroom door were a downside to the otherwise pleasant stay.

We were glad that the location of the hotel was close to the city center, perfect for a city trip. the complementary breakfast was a nice gesture and we appreciated the 24-hour reception service.

The room was dirty and not properly checked before being handed over to us. the air conditioning was not working efficiently and we had to call maintenance several times.

The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, especially with the clean and comfortable rooms that came with cooking facilities. Additionally, the location of the hotel, on top of a hill, offered stunning views of the surrounding area.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
